Project: Urban Ecology Center

 

The Urban Ecology Center (UEC) captures more than one million gallons of rain every year with green infrastructure. Thousands of people visit UEC where they can see and learn about techniques for managing water where it falls and using that water as a resource. UEC's leadership on green infrastructure started more than 10 years ago, reducing water pollution and helping protect Lake Michigan. Check out the YouTube video below to see the project.
